Future subscription terms

Version 2026-10-14-beta-2 · Updated: 2026-10-16

Draft for a future offer — no real payment

Draft with no active paid offer

This document prepares a future offer based on Carte Beige’s legal dossier. It does not activate a paid subscription and is not an offer for sale. The beta remains free, displayed test prices are fictional and real payments are not authorised. The publisher, offers, tax-inclusive prices, tax treatment, warranties and mediator must be finalised before commercial launch.

Offer, compatibility and price

Each offer must identify actually delivered features, usage limits, compatibility, availability and updates. The total tax-inclusive price, currency, billing frequency, duration and payment dates will be shown before ordering. A monthly equivalent will not replace the total annual charge. No final commercial price is set here.

Proposed duration and renewal

The dossier proposes an indefinite monthly subscription ending at the close of the paid period and, if adopted, an annual twelve-month subscription paid in advance. These parameters become contractual only after the publisher decides to adopt them. Any annual commitment paid monthly, automatically converting trial or different arrangement will require adapted terms.

Renewal and required reminders will be explained. Price changes will be announced with the applicable notice period and rights; the preparation proposal provides at least thirty days’ notice and no increase for a period already paid.

Ordering and confirmation

Before payment, customers will review the offer and summary, separately accept the subscription terms and see a button clearly stating the payment obligation and total. A durable confirmation will retain the offer, amount, date, terms version and withdrawal and cancellation procedures.

The payment provider, accepted methods, failed-payment handling and invoices will be defined. No real charge, real refund or commercial invoice is currently available in the test flow.

Withdrawal and immediate access

The launch proposal retains a fourteen-day period after conclusion with a full refund, including where access starts immediately. This favourable policy remains to be confirmed before sales. A request for early access will be separate from acceptance of subscription terms; using the site alone does not automatically waive withdrawal.

Relevant contracts concluded online must have a free withdrawal function directly accessible during the withdrawal period and a dated acknowledgement. A preparation form is provided under Withdrawal and cancellation. The commercial refund function must be operational before sales.

Cancellation, account closure and data

Cancellation or non-renewal will be available online without a fee for the procedure, with a summary and retainable confirmation. Effects on the paid period, end date, export and access will be explained. Account closure and subscription cancellation are procedures that must be coordinated to stop future payments.

Current test cancellation affects only a simulation and creates neither a debt nor a right to a real refund. Dossiers remain accessible under the beta terms and can be exported.

Conformity, updates and changes

Applicable statutory warranties for digital content and services cannot be excluded. For continuous supply, the publisher will be responsible for conformity throughout the applicable contractual period; required remedies, time limits and statutory notices, including the warranty information model, must be included in the final version.

Updates necessary for security and conformity will be identified. Changes negatively affecting use must respect applicable information requirements and cancellation or refund rights. Advertised features must match the service actually supplied.

Liability, complaints and applicable law

No general clause will remove mandatory liability, deprive consumers of statutory warranties or data rights. Support details, the complaint procedure, an actually appointed mediator and applicable law will be completed. A choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protections.
